Classes are held on Monday and Thursday
evenings in our Albert Lea dojang
 from 5:30-6:30 and 6:45-7:45.
Beginner through Black Belt,
 age 6 and beyond,
 belt color and age are integrated in our classes.
Self defense from various
 grabs and holds are taught
as well as defense of kicks and strikes.
American sport karate sparring is utilized
 for those who wish to do so.
Women's rape prevention and self defense classes
 are also taught here.
Private lessons are available by appointment.
